2. i'll send you an invoice
3. payment required upfront. you may pay half first, then half upon completion, or full. :) up 2 u.
upon payment, i try to guarantee a 7-day turnaround.
if longer, i will be in communication about the timeline.
4. i will complete an initial sketch and send it to you for approval. this is super rough, just to make sure i'm on the right track.
5. upon completion, i'll offer one round of minor revisions.
